pancake night

Now that it's halftime, our midterm exams start.
Which means that there is no time for travelling or exploring the city.

I spend most of the past days  in this cute coffee shop that serves delicious bagel sandwiches, lots of coffee and has those comfy seats and relaxing quiet music...the best atmosphere to study.
For distraction and as a guerdon for hours of studying we decided to have a pancake night.
Philips turn: denish pancakes (acutally they are like austrian pancakes)
I made the batter as Philip felt too masculine to cook for 3 chicks although he promised. At least he found his guts to finish them. Perhaps because it looks so manly to flip them.
The cooking itself was kind of challening as our only kitchen utensils are: a pan, a fork, a butter knife, chopsticks and a small bowl. But necessity is the mother of invention.

However, they tasted excellent filled with strawberry jam and slices of banana and apple! And I felt like a bird feeding its fledglings.

hahaha - I LOVE it! Absolutely love the way you described Philip's cooking! Let's cook and eat again, please.
